Brian is based in Tulsa and has over 20 years of international executive and management experience in the areas of sales, product innovation, and business leadership.

Over the last twenty years, Brian has worked in the transportation, chemical and construction industries to creatively develop new ways to identify emerging trends and align teams in ways that maximize business success. Relying on his strong ability to understand technology and determine its commercial relevance, Brian has executed myriad joint development agreements and strategic alliances with customers, suppliers and equipment manufacturers to accelerate growth.

Throughout his career as an executive and manager of people, Brian has developed an expert ability to select and develop talent and has experienced the power of collaboration to implement organizational change and alignment.

Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University and has studied in Washington D.C. at The American University.

Buddy is based in Tulsa and has over 19 years of executive and management experience in the areas of asphalt technology and municipal government engineering. Prior to Majeska & Associates, Buddy served as the Vice President of Sales for Road Science, LLC, where he was responsible for all asphalt technology sales in the U.S. He also held various other positions with SemMaterials, LP and Koch Materials Company before joining Road Science. As a civil engineer, Buddy served in various director and design engineering positions at Johnson and Miami Counties in Kansas.

Buddy graduated with a degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas.

David is based in Tulsa and has over 16 years of management, consulting, engineering and entrepreneurial experience in the finance, communications and automobile industries.

Prior to joining the Majeska & Associates team, David founded Gear Up Finance in 2007 to provide research analysis and financial advisory services to small and middle market companies. Prior to Gear Up, David served as Vice President of Corporate and Business Development of Klip Communications, a wholesale provider of voice video and data services. He also served in management and consultant roles for several different private and public companies prior to joining Klip. During that time, he managed over $725 Million of M&A transactions, including $25 Million of small private equity acquisitions and dispositions, and secured over $100 Million in sale and lease back transactions, and was a key team member during the $6 Billion restructuring of the Tulsa-based Williams Communications. Prior to joining the technology industry, David worked as a manufacturing engineer for Ford Motor Company.

He earned his MBA from the University of Texas in Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Brian joined Majeska & Associates in August 2010 as Vice President of Sales.  He is a 16 year veteran of the construction industry.  Most recently, he served as General Manager for Road Science, LLC over the northern mid-continent.  He began his career in 1995with Koch Industries and has held various marketing roles with Koch Materials, Flint Hills Resources, and SemMaterials in the central US.  

Brian has a BS in Business Management from Kansas State University.

Ryan joined Majeska & Associates in September 2010.  He holds 10 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Before becoming a General Manager for Majeska and Associates, he served as an Account Manager for Road Science. Ryan also has a broad range of experience in planning, design, construction, and maintenance from various positions he held over the course of 6 years at the Missouri Department of Transportation.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and earned his MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Ryan is a registered professional engineer in the State of Missouri.

     Tyler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University and is a graduate from Missouri Auction School. Tyler is currently based in his hometown of Wichita, KS with his wife Kylee.

Steve is based in Tulsa and has over 15 years of professional
experience in public service as a political consultant, public school
educator, and as a veteran of the Marine Corps.

Prior to joining the Majeska and Associates team, Steve was a
consultant for several political campaigns and a candidate for
County Commissioner for Tulsa County. Steve is a certified
mediator and has an experienced background in public policy that
began as a Legislative Assistant in the Oklahoma State House of
Representatives and then as a graduate of the University of Tulsa
College of Law. Previously, he was an at-risk youth educator in
Tulsa Public Schools.

Steve also has several years experience in small business
development and management.

Steve earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa,
College of Law and Bachelors of Science in Education from
Oklahoma State University. Steve served in the United States
Marine Corps from 1991-1995.

Aleisha is based in San Antonio, TX and has over 15 years of experience working for national and international companies in the environmental consulting and engineering service markets.  Her expertise and leadership skills have included departmental and project management in various levels of management and consulting for the Aggregates, Department of Defense,  Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction Materials Testing industries.   Aleisha maintains a strong level of  involvement in the professional field and the community.  Her current role at Majeska is General Manager.   

Ms. Knochenhauer attended the University of Utah where she earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics in 1995.  She also earned an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2003.

Joe is based in Philadelphia and has over 20 years of international experience in the area of Sales, Business Development, and Business Management.

Joe has focused his work in the specialty chemical industry, leading value based strategies in key segments of electronics, specialty films, adhesives, sealants and engineered rubber products.  Relying on his strong ability to lead cross functional teams, Joe has consistently generated high profit growth for business units, with varying project scopes, including grass root plant investments, contract manufacturing, and merger & acquisition activities.  Joe combines the unique combination of practical and theoretical knowledge to identify new markets for investment along with the tactics needed for execution.

Joe has a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and studied Strategic Thinking, and Mergers and Acquisitions at Wharton Executive Education.
